Contact & company details

How to reach a person, and the company information the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires us to publish.

Last updated: 8 September 2026 Governed by South African law

Send us a message

There is no call centre and no ticket queue. This reaches a person who works on the product, and the more you tell us about what you build, the more useful the first call is.

Goes to a person, not a queue. We do not add you to a mailing list.

We are not currently a member of any self-regulatory or accreditation body in respect of this service, and there is no external code of conduct we are bound by. If that changes, it will be stated here.

Address for legal service

Legal process may be served at our physical address above, marked for the attention of the directors. We also ask that a copy be emailed to sales@tenvar.co.za so that it is dealt with promptly — that request is a convenience and does not replace proper service.

Transaction information

The rest of what section 43 requires — what the service is, what it costs, how and when you pay, how long the agreement runs, how either of us ends it, and how a dispute is handled — is set out in the terms of service, so that there is one copy of it rather than two that can drift apart.

Current pricing is published openly on the pricing section of the home page. All prices exclude VAT.

Complaints

Tell us first — sales@tenvar.co.za. Most things are a misunderstanding about how a figure was worked out, and we would rather explain it than have you stop trusting the number.

If it concerns your personal information and we have not resolved it, you may complain directly to the Information Regulator (South Africa): POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za, JD House, 27 Stiemens Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001.
